Crema: prestigious noble residence set within a 5,000 sqm park

Villa Perletti, unique and elegant in its kind, was commissioned by Count Perletti—a noble figure closely linked to the architectural and aristocratic history of Crema—to architect Tomaso Buzzi, one of the leading architects of 20th-century Italy and a favorite among Milan’s most exclusive upper class.
Buzzi designed an Italian Neoclassical residence overlooking a 5,000 sqm walled park.

The project includes a ballroom, a grand ceremonial staircase, a gallery, and a museum-style room with skylights, two verandas (winter gardens), two terraces, a tower, and a private chapel. The estate also features a swimming pool with an outbuilding, a guest apartment, a staff apartment, and garages, for a total of 39 rooms across 1,400 sqm.

After Count Perletti, the villa became the residence of Paolo Stramezzi, a prominent industrialist from Crema, renowned art collector and dealer, and former President of the Venice Biennale. During his ownership, the villa welcomed distinguished figures from the worlds of art and culture.

Located just a 5-minute drive from Piazza Duomo and adjacent to the Serio Regional Park, the villa enjoys a residential setting while remaining conveniently connected to local services and amenities.
