Invimit is auctioning off 320 properties for over 120 million in 35 cities and is also offering 110 assets for the tertiary sector – commercial and office – for lease with six-year, renewable contracts.
The 2022 auction has been published – by Invimit Sgr Spa (the asset management company 100% owned by the Ministry of Economy and Finance) – which continues the process of enhancing and divesting public assets. The tender offers for sale 320 residential and office units, of which 20 sky-earth assets, for a value of approximately 123 million euro.
The assets are distributed among 35 cities in 13 Italian regions: Rome, Milan, Venice, Turin, Naples, Florence, Bologna, Pisa, Livorno, Trieste, Treviso, Vicenza, Vercelli, Novara, Padua, Como, Sabaudia, Terni, Perugia, Albano Laziale, Alessandria, Arezzo, Brescia, Cremona, Forlì, Tarvisio, Ivrea, Palermo, Guidonia, Udine, Busto Arsizio, Rimini, Chieti, Mantua and Sassari.
