In 2023, our Corporate division, Re4com (Real Estate for Company), handled the sale of an income-generating office building, with our consultants Giovanni Lugli, Pietro Tappi, and Marco Giudici.
The real estate transaction, which was concluded in the early months of the year, involved a building of approximately 4,000 sqm (around 4,900 gross) with an annual yield of about 5%.
What made this real estate investment particularly interesting, along with its current profitability, was the medium/long-term potential for property value enhancement.
